Our Core Requirements
What are we looking for?
We are looking at select companies who will fit with our business strategy. We have drawn up a list of criteria these companies will have.
To be considered, you must have:- total shown net assets on the balance sheet not more than £600k
- a total turnover in the range of £50k to £5m per annum
- IT support customers and be providing IT support services
- 30% or more of your turnover coming from recurring services (hosting, IT support managed services, labour callouts, installations, etc)
- 90% or more of your total customers being businesses
- your shares must not be traded publicly and be privately owned
It would be desirable for:
- no single customer to contribute to more than 25% of total sales
- your location to be within the M25 area
- the location of the majority of your business customers to be in London
Companies will not fit where:
- the main activity is web design or software development
- the business is a High street retail internet café
- the only business is as an Internet Service Provider
- the only business is as a hardware reseller
- the only business is as a domain reseller
- the customers are non business (a private household IT provider)
- the majority of clients are located outside the Greater London area
